Planning & Zoning

The Zoning Administrator administers the Village of Suttons Bay Zoning Ordinance and issues the land use permits.  The Zoning Administrator, Steve Patmore,  is in on Friday mornings from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.  You can reach the Zoning Administrator by calling the village offices at 231.271.3051 or by email at zoning@suttonsbayvillage.org.
